On booting in to Windows I ran Chkdsk and found no errors on the drive. I went in to the BIOS to check the boot order, and found that my Primary hard drive was no longer listed and was not available for selection, however I was able to Override and force it to boot in to my Primary drive, so the Windows install is still good and it isn't a bad cable. Last night I found it had rebooted itself and was displaying a BOOTMGR IS MISSING error. The PC was upgraded last Friday with no issues, and has been used and rebooted several times since then, again with no issues encountered.
